If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the specific nature of our products (For Research Use Only), we can only accept returns for items that are unopened and in their original packaging.
Timeframe: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Condition: The tamper-evident seal must be completely intact. For safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns for any product with a broken seal.
Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund (excluding original shipping costs).
We apologize for this error. If you received a product that does not match your order:
Take a clear photo of the item you received.
Email our support team with your order number and the photo attached.
We will immediately arrange to reship the correct item to you at no additional cost.
If your package was damaged during transit:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Keep all original packaging materials and provide photos of the damaged vials and the shipping box.
Once the damage is verified, we will reship the damaged portion of your order.
Please do not mail products back without prior authorization.
All returns must first be approved by our support team through an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Once approved, we will send you detailed instructions and the specific warehouse address for your return via email.

After Shipping: Once a package has left our facility, we cannot reroute it. In this case, the customer is responsible for any loss or additional fees incurred due to the incorrect address.
