Confirm the evidence needed for your procurement
Silo Peptides’ documentation check is a pre-order review of available product documents, their test scope and applicability to the proposed supply batch. Batch-specific documentation may be available for selected products. Tell us your requirements before ordering so we can check what can be provided for the proposed order.
- Product-specific specifications
- Review the stated specification with its applicable documentation.
- Batch applicability
- Confirm whether an available report matches the proposed delivery batch.
- Available document types
- COA or analytical reports may be available; availability varies by product and batch.
- Procurement first
- Confirm essential documents before placing an order.
What documentation may be available?
Where available, documents may include a Certificate of Analysis (COA) or analytical results such as HPLC or mass spectrometry. We confirm which documents exist for the specified product, their test scope and the relevant batch.
The supplied report identifies the issuing party, test scope and relevant batch information. We do not represent that all products undergo the same tests or that every batch has the same documents. Testing methods and the testing organization are described according to the applicable report.
Specifications, purity and report scope
Product specifications and any stated purity should be read with the applicable documentation. We do not apply one site-wide minimum purity claim to all products or batches.
Review the product identifier, specification, report date, batch reference, issuing party and the stated tests before relying on a document for your purchasing decision. The existence of one analytical result does not establish that other testing has been performed.
How reports relate to the supplied batch
When documentation is provided, its applicable product, report batch and date are identified. If an available report cannot be matched to the batch proposed for supply, we explain that limitation.
We check whether available documents still apply during quotation and before delivery. If updated documentation is unavailable, we state that limitation; an older report is not relabeled as evidence for a new batch.
If specific documents are essential to your procurement, confirm their availability and applicability before placing an order.
Origin, packaging and dispatch information
If your procurement process requires manufacturing-origin, packaging-location or dispatch-location information, include those requirements in your inquiry before ordering. We will check what information can be supplied for the specified product and order.
A dispatch or packaging location should not be interpreted as the manufacturing origin. Product- and order-specific information should be confirmed separately.

Documentation questions
Does every product or batch have the same documents?
No. Document availability varies by product and batch. We do not represent that all products undergo the same tests or that every batch has the same documents.
What if an available report does not match the proposed supply batch?
We explain that limitation. An older report is not relabeled as evidence for a new batch. Confirm essential document availability and applicability before placing an order.
